Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is warranted. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- **Service Cancellation:** If Blom Spa cancels your appointment with less than 5 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
- **Unsatisfactory Service:** If you are demonstrably dissatisfied with the quality of the service received and inform us immediately after the service, we will attempt to rectify the situation. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a partial refund may be considered. This is at the discretion of the management.
- **Medical Reasons:** If you are unable to receive a service due to a pre-existing medical condition that you were unaware of at the time of booking, a refund or credit may be issued with supporting documentation from a medical professional.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- **No-Shows:** Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- **Late Arrivals:** Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
- **Change of Mind:** Refunds will not be issued simply because you have changed your mind about the service.
- **Gift Certificates:** Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
